”Syntropy is the Fastest Route to Regeneration”
JOIN HERE
Connect and learn with community as we reimagine agriculture through the lens of Syntropic Agroforestry from June 5th - June 8th. Join us outside as we design and plant regenerative systems. Practice hands-on skills with hands in the dirt, enjoy delicious farm-to-table meals, and rejuvenate in-between with wellness hours in the pool and sauna.
Alongside a crew of like-hearted land stewards, you’ll learn directly from Syntropy master Mike Denicola ~ restoring the Earth, one intentional row at a time.
This workshop is for beginners and all-levels who want to refresh their living sense of what it means to be in right relationship with the Earth, each other, and EDEN.
"Syntropic Agriculture is nurturing nature's intelligence"
Syntropic agroforestry is a holistic and regenerative farming practice inspired by natural ecosystems. Codified by Swiss scientist and farmer Ernst Gotsch working mostly in Brazil, it mimics the structure and function of a forest, fostering biodiversity, soil fertility, and resilience while providing abundant yields.
At its core, syntropic agroforestry is about creating ecosystems that work in harmony with nature through planting a diverse range of crops and encouraging beneficial relationships between plants, microorganisms, and animals. Syntropic agroforestry represents a shift towards agricultural practices that respect and emulate the complexity and intelligence of natural ecosystems and a more sustainable future for land and society.
Michael DeNicola
Michael DeNicola is a seasoned educator, land steward, and visionary leader in the field of regenerative agroecology. With roots in both wilderness therapy and international humanitarian work, he brings over a decade of experience teaching in diverse environments—from Alaskan backcountry to indigenous villages in Mexico.
Trained in Syntropic Agroforestry by Namastê Messerschmidt, Scott Hall, and Klaus Lotz, Michael has guided the design and implementation of multiple forest systems in Tepoztlán, Mexico. His work blends the wisdom of natural succession with practical land-based solutions for food production, water retention, and ecosystem restoration. He is the founder of regenerative education projects that integrate children, families, and community into living landscapes.
At Eden Forest, Michael leads with a grounded yet visionary approach—inviting participants to step into their own relationship with the land as co-creators of living abundance. His teachings emphasize collaboration with natural forces, long-term design thinking, and the re-enchantment of agriculture.
